About Flexible FAST Adhesive
Carlisle’s patented, labor-saving Flexible FAST Adhesive, a two-component, construction-grade, low-rise polyurethane adhesive, is designed for bonding Carlisle’s FleeceBACK® membranes and/or insulation to various substrates. Flexible FAST provides a VOC-free, low odor application suitable for occupied buildings. The combination of Carlisle's FleeceBACK and Flexible FAST Adhesive offers a system with superior impact resistance and strength.
Flexible FAST Adhesive and Rig Training
This class covers in-depth content about all FleeceBACK membranes and Flexible FAST adhesives. Attendees will learn detailed start-up, operation, shutdown, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Flexible FAST dispensing equipment. Product application will take place in a climate-controlled facility to replicate real-life field applications. This class is for applicators that have equipment or are interested in purchasing new equipment.
Temperature Sensing Gun (TSG)
Carlisle SynTec Systems' TSG is an advanced, industrial grade two-component dispensing tool designed for use with Flexible FAST Dual Tank adhesive systems. The TSG incorporates real-time temperature sensing, actively measuring the adhesive temperature as it passes through the gun. Integrated blue, green, and red LED indicators clearly communicate material temperature to the user, helping ensure proper application and reducing the potential for wasted chemicals.
Flexible FAST Dual Tank
Carlisle’s Flexible FAST Dual Tank Adhesive is a two-component, construction-grade, low-rise polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding Carlisle’s FleeceBACK membranes and/or insulation to various substrates. Every set of Flexible FAST Dual Tank adhesive includes a temperature sensing gun to ensure the adhesive is always being dispensed at the ideal temperature.
Splatter Application
Flexible FAST 50-gallon drums, 15-gallon drums, and 5-gallon drums are approved for splatter application, for both membrane and insulation attachment, when applied using Carlisle-approved dispensing equipment.
