Flexible FAST Dual Tank Adhesive consist of a Part A cylinder and a Part B cylinder. Each Part A box contains a 25’ TSG assembly as well as 10 mixing tips, 10 tip extensions, a wrench, and lithium grease. Before use, make sure the material’s temperature is between 70° and 90°F.

How-To: Flexible FAST Dual Tank Application with Temperature Sensing Gun (TSG)
Flexible FAST Dual Tank Adhesive consist of a Part A cylinder and a Part B cylinder. Each Part A box contains a 25’ TSG assembly as well as 10 mixing tips, 10 tip extensions, a wrench, and lithium grease. Before use, make sure the material’s temperature is between 70° and 90°F.

Setup
- Shake each cylinder for 15 to 20 seconds to ensure contents are properly mixed. A properly shaken cylinder will have a “thud” sound when tapped with a metal object. If the cylinder is not properly shaken, you will hear a “ting” sound. This means the cylinder needs to be shaken more.
- Remove the red protective cap.
- Match the red hose to the part A cylinder and the blue hose to the part B. Tighten each hose with a wrench.
- Pull the battery tab to activate the temperature sensors in the gun.
- Each LED light has a graphic above it.
- Blue = material is below 70°F
- Green = material is between 70° and 90°F
- Red = material is above 90°F
- The green self-engaging safety is in the rear trigger of the dispensing gun.
- To disengage the safety, apply pressure to the green tab while beginning to push the trigger.
- On the rear of the gun below the LED lights is an indicator to show how far the trigger is being applied.
- During the initial use of the tank, apply the trigger to the “start” position. As the adhesive is used, you can increase to the “¾” position.
- Apply the supplied lithium grease to the O-ring and the face of the gun. This will help the tip seal and prevent material from sticking to the gun.
- Open the part A and part B cylinder valves all the way. Adhesive will enter the hose and push the air toward the gun.
- Gently apply the trigger without a tip to purge the air from the hose into a trashcan. Ensure that there are two even streams of material to obtain a 1:1 ratio.
- Clean the face of the gun, reapply grease, and install a mixing tip by placing a tip on the end of the gun, rotating 1/3 of the way.
- When applying Flexible FAST Dual Tank Adhesive as a bead, install a mixing tip and tip extension. Apply the trigger to the “start” position or halfway.
- When applying Flexible FAST Dual Tank Adhesive as a splatter application, use the mixing tip ONLY. Adhesive should be dispersed using a horizontal back and forth motion, achieving 50% coverage of the substrate.
