- At project closeout, provide to Owner or Owner’s Representative an executed copy of the manufacturer's Edge-to-Edge Total System warranty, outlining its terms, conditions, and exclusions from coverage.
- Coverage to be extended to include roof edge metal water tightness (fascia and coping) in accordance with terms stated in the Warranty document.
- Warranty coverage for fascia and coping water tightness to be included as part of the roofing system manufacturer's Edge-to-Edge Total System warranty.
