1. Installed using Carlisle’s RapidLock system with VELCRO® Brand Securable Solutions for fully adhered performance. The PVC membrane includes KEE HP for added flexibility and UV resistance. RapidLock is also available in other membrane types.
2. 1/2” high-density polyiso with glass facer adhered with Carlisle's Flexible FAST Adhesive for added durability and puncture resistance
3. 3”, R-value around 18 - adhered with Carlisle's Flexible FAST Adhesive, with offset joints to eliminate thermal bridging
4. 4”, R-value around 24 - mechanically fastened with staggered joints for maximum thermal resistance
5. Applied directly above the deck to restrict moisture diffusion into the roof assembly
6. Structural steel or concrete deck; clean, smooth, and free of debris to provide a stable substrate
