FleeceBACK® RapidLock (RL™) TPO and Contour Ribs Deliver a Durable, Metal-Look Roof for Pinnacle Charter School

When Pinnacle Charter School in Federal Heights, Colorado, needed to replace the aging roof on its high school building, the project presented a unique combination of challenges, including a prominent standing seam metal roof that the school wanted to preserve aesthetically. B&M Roofing of Colorado, LLC, partnered with FRW Consult to develop a cost-effective solution using Carlisle’s FleeceBACK® RapidLock (RL™) TPO system and Sure-Weld® TPO Contour Ribs to replicate the appearance of a standing seam metal roof without the cost of a new metal roof. The project also included the replacement of three low-slope roof sections with 90-mil Sure-Seal® EPDM. Despite multiple roof configurations, penetrations, parapet walls, scuppers, gas lines, and other installation challenges, the team delivered a high-performance roofing solution that combines durability, aesthetics, and long-term protection for the school.
