1. For faster installation and superior seam strength, offering up to a 10% stronger seam
2. Carlisle Sure-Weld TPO fully adhered using Carlisle CAV-GRIP® III Adhesive for low-odor, VOC-compliant installation. White TPO enhances reflectivity to reduce cooling energy costs. EPDM or PVC could also be used in place of TPO.
3. 1/2” high-density polyiso with glass facer adhered with Carlisle Flexible FAST™ Adhesive for added durability and puncture resistance
4. 2”, R-value around 12 - adhered with Carlisle Flexible FAST Adhesive to offset joints and enhance thermal performance
5. 3”, R-value around 18 - mechanically fastened with staggered joints
6. Applied directly above the deck to restrict moisture diffusion into the roof assembly
7. Structural steel or concrete deck; clean, smooth, and free of debris to provide a stable substrate
