VacuSeal Vent Secured Roofing Systems use specialized V2T vents to create negative air pressure that removes excess air beneath the roof membrane and creates a suction effect that strengthens the entire roof and holds the membrane securely in place.
Carlisle SynTec Systems is pleased to introduce the VacuSeal™ Vent Secured Roofing System. This revolutionary assembly uses special vents that harness the power of the wind to lock roof membranes in place. VacuSeal systems are quick and easy to install and save cost and labor by substantially reducing the amount of glue, ballast, or fasteners a project requires. This engineered system is designed to provide optimal performance while maximizing opportunities for retrofit and monolithic deck applications.
Carlisle has partnered with V2T Technology to offer a system that leverages the power of the wind to hold the roof securely in place without the use of adhesives and fasteners. Using specialized V2T Vents, the VacuSeal Vent Secured Roofing System creates negative air pressure that removes excess air beneath the roof membrane and creates a suction effect that strengthens the entire roof and holds the membrane securely in place.
Carlisle's VacuSeal Sealant Tape is a premier elastomeric butyl rubber sealant used with termination bar to secure and seal compression-type flashing terminations for the VacuSeal Vent Secured Roofing System.
Carlisle's VacuSeal Air Distribution Strip is made of a polypropylene mesh and is used in conjunction with the VacuSeal Vent Secured Roofing System. VacuSeal Air Distribution Strips are positioned beneath the membrane, linking the V2T vents and distributing air underneath the membrane and V2T roof vent.
